Welcome to ClientMaps ("we," "our," or "the app"). By using ClientMaps, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before accessing or using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using ClientMaps, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use ClientMaps. By using the app, you represent that you meet this eligibility requirement.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Use of the Service

You may use ClientMaps only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the app in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Copy, modify, distribute, or sell any part of the app without our permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the app

5. Subscription Terms

ClientMaps offers both free and paid subscription plans.

5.1 Free Version

The free version allows you to:

• Manage up to 20 clients
• Plan routes with up to 10 stops per route

5.2 Pro Subscription

The Pro subscription unlocks:

• Unlimited client management
• Unlimited stops per route
• Client and route data export
• Priority access to new features and updates

After a free 7-day trial, you can choose between:

• $29.99 USD per month
• $199.99 USD per year (Save over 40%)

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple account settings at any time.

Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

6. Intellectual Property

ClientMaps and all related content, logos, and trademarks are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use any of our intellectual property without prior written permission.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to ClientMaps at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting the app and discontinuing use.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

ClientMaps is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the app. Your use of the app is at your sole risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you through the app or via email. Continued use of ClientMaps after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
